Practical Experience

I have designed and solved a wide range of system problems, including:

• Business & healthcare websites: building and optimising websites for organisations and hospitals, with a focus on attractive UI/UX, large banner/image galleries and special modules such as dynamic organisation charts and staff directories.
• Zalo ecosystem & Mini Apps: developing Zalo Mini Apps, designing RESTful APIs for user authentication, data sync and online payment integration, and configuring the Zalo OA API to automate ZNS/broadcast messages from operating systems.
• Education & learning management (LMS): building course management modules, payment flows, complex booking logic and automated email notifications.
• E-commerce platforms: dynamic quantity-based pricing, membership plans, and extending platforms with custom widgets, plugins and business-specific APIs.
