By accessing teamdevdesign.net or using TeamDevDesign’s services, you agree to the terms below. TeamDevDesign operates as an individual service provider, not a company.

1. Website content

Information on this website is for introduction and reference. Prices, timelines and features of each project are confirmed in a written quote or agreement between both parties.

2. Quotes and payment

• Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Any costs outside the agreed scope are communicated in advance and only incurred with your approval.
• The payment schedule (deposit, acceptance) is agreed per project. Prices on the website are indicative; please let us know in advance if you need payment documents.

3. Warranty

We fix technical defects caused by our development work for the warranty period stated in each service package or quote (3 to 12 months), starting from the handover date. This does not cover issues caused by third parties editing the source code, theme/plugin updates outside the support scope, or requests for new features.

4. Copyright and source code

• Custom source code and designs are handed over to the client after full payment, as agreed for each project.
• Some projects/templates are built on themes, plugins or source code licensed by third parties (for example Botble, ThemeForest, CodeCanyon). Use of these components is subject to the original authors’ licences; names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
• Clients are responsible for the copyright of content, images and logos they provide.

5. Domains and hosting

Domain names are registered through accredited registrars in the name of the client based on the information provided. Hosting/VPS infrastructure quality is governed by the infrastructure provider’s commitments.

6. Limitation of liability

TeamDevDesign is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website or from incidents with third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, social platforms) beyond our control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, it will be brought before a competent authority in Ho Chi Minh City.
