Homzen Real Estate & Rental Website

This is not just an ordinary real estate website, but a comprehensive Multilingual Real Estate Portal built on the Laravel framework. The project is designed as an online property marketplace, creating a complete ecosystem that connects 3 main groups: Administrators (the website owner), Agents/Brokers (sellers) and End Users (buyers/renters).

Core Value: A Business Model That Generates Revenue

The biggest differentiator of this project is its ability to generate revenue (monetization).

• For the Administrator (Admin), this is a real business model. The system gives the Admin full control to create "Service Packages" or "Credit Packages". The Admin can set different prices for different listing types (for example: Standard, VIP, Featured).
• For Agents/Brokers, it is a practical marketing and sales tool. Agents can register an account and get their own Dashboard to manage their profile and publish and manage their property listings. To have listings approved or shown with priority, they purchase service packages or top up credits through the integrated payment gateways.
• For End Users (buyers/renters), the project offers a clear, capable and trustworthy property search experience.

Key Feature Areas

1. A Strong Search Experience (Frontend): The website is optimized for conversions with a smooth user experience (UX). Customers can search for properties using a highly detailed advanced search filter (keyword, location, property type, price range, area, number of bedrooms, facing direction...). In particular, the Google Maps search feature lets users view and filter properties visually right on the map.

Interactive features such as Property Comparison, Saved Favorites and Saved Searches (to get notified when new matching listings appear) help retain and nurture potential customers.

2. Optimized Property Detail Pages: Each listing detail page works like a sales landing page, with a full image/video gallery, support for 360° virtual tours, nearby amenities information and a Mortgage Calculator, helping customers decide faster. The agent's contact details (form, call button, Zalo chat) are prominently displayed to improve conversion rates.

3. Agent Dashboard: A "virtual office" for brokers. Once registered and approved, they can:

• Manage their personal profile and build their own branded page.
• Manage all their listings (add/edit/delete, view approval status).
• Manage finances: buy service packages, top up credits, view transaction history and invoices.
• Use credits to bump listings (Up-top) or buy VIP placement for their listings.

4. Full Admin Dashboard: The administrator has full control over the system:

• Revenue Management: Approve transactions, manage service packages (create packages, set prices), manage credit packages and view detailed revenue reports.
• Content Management: Review and manage all agent listings, manage projects, the blog, banners and content pages (About, FAQ...).
• User Management: Manage accounts for both Agents and End Users (verification, permissions, suspension).
• System Management: Configure SEO, manage multiple languages, set up automated email templates and manage coupons/promotions.

5. A Solid Technology Foundation: The entire system is developed on the Laravel Framework, providing good performance, the ability to handle growing traffic and multi-layer security (protection against XSS, CSRF...). The responsive design displays well on PC, tablet and mobile. The site structure follows SEO best practices (friendly URLs, real estate Schema Markup, automatic sitemaps), giving a solid foundation for marketing and organic search growth.
